In addition, I will immediately follow all instructions given by the operator or its staff. I am aware that if I do not observe the facility, I may be expelled from the facility without any entitlement to a refund of the entrance fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use of the facilities is at your own risk. I am aware that the operator assumes liability for personal injury, property damage or financial damage, except for damage resulting from injury to life, body and health - only in the event of intent or gross negligence on the part of the operator, a legal representative or one of his vicarious agents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am aware that the operator assumes no liability for the user's wardrobe or other items in the event of loss or damage, unless the damage is due to an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the operator, a legal representative or one of his vicarious agents. This also applies to vehicles parked in the parking spaces. The operator is not liable for force majeure and coincidence as well as for defects that are not immediately recognized even when the usual care is taken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I declare that I am liable for any damage to the system or objects of the operator or third parties or to the health of third parties caused by me, my children or people I supervise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have been given the responsibility of a legal guardian to supervise any children I may be accompanying under the age of 18 and have read and explained the terms of use to everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To the extent that I am not the sole legal guardian of the children listed here, I confirm that I am authorized to conclude this liability declaration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

User rules<\/h3><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Before using the experience areas, in addition to these rules of use, the General Terms and Conditions of Eventpark Kaiserslautern GmbH, the safety instructions on the screens and the instructions from the staff must be carefully followed and observed. Above all, they serve to prevent accidents and therefore your safety. If you ignore this, you risk serious injury, paralysis or death to yourself and others. Instructions from the staff must always be followed immediately!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One jumper per trampoline
Jumping by two or more people on a trampoline field is strictly prohibited. It is therefore forbidden to run or jump onto occupied trampoline fields. Synchronized jumping or so-called \u201ccatapulting\u201d is particularly dangerous. Serious injuries, paralysis or death can result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pay attention to the jumping zone and boundaries of the trampoline
When jumping, always stay in the middle of the trampoline surface. The trampoline must not be left by jumping. Jumping or performing somersaults or other trick jumps over the covers or from trampoline to trampoline is not permitted. This can result in serious injuries such as injuries to ligaments, tendons, broken bones, skull fractures, vertebral injuries, broken necks, paralysis or death due to impacts next to or between the trampoline surfaces or on unpadded areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No jostling, pushing or pushing
Be considerate and pay attention to other jumpers. Interference with other jumpers on the trampolines can seriously endanger them when they land. For these reasons, running around, running, attacking, pushing or playing tag is not permitted. During the entire jump time, it is important to be careful to show consideration for others and not to endanger them at any time through uncontrolled actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Somersaults and dangerous tricks
Somersaults and other tricks are dangerous! Performing tricks outside of one's abilities can result in false appearances, e.g. B. on the head or neck. Serious injuries, paralysis or death can result. Such tricks should only be done by very experienced jumpers. Assess your abilities realistically so as not to endanger yourself or others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Children under 7 years only with supervision
Children under 7 years of age may only jump under the permanent supervision of a known adult who has a valid jumping time band. Children under 7 do not yet have enough experience to properly assess their own abilities and do not have the knowledge to recognize dangers in time. The accompanying person helps the child to minimize the resulting higher risk of injury by intervening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Take care of your health
Pregnant women, people with health restrictions, people who cannot walk and\/or stand independently due to a disability, and people with a body weight of over 120 kg are not permitted to jump. If you suffer from back, heart or other problems such as asthma or diabetes, consult a doctor beforehand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alcohol and drugs are not permitted
Using the trampoline areas while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The jumping area is not intended for lying or resting
Breaks are possible outside the jumping areas, for example on lounge furniture or other seating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Climbing prohibited
Climbing or hanging on walls and nets or touching the basketball equipment is not permitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Socks required
The jumping areas may only be accessed with our jumping socks, which are available for purchase and manufactured specifically for use in our trampoline hall. For safety reasons, gym shoes, sneakers, or standard socks with rubber soles are not permitted. Using the ninja area and trampoline area with short-sleeved shirts and shorts increases the risk of injury and is not recommended, as this can lead to painful abrasions and grazes on the skin when hanging from the ropes and landing on the trampoline surface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wearing appropriate clothing
Clothing should be free of hanging zippers, loops, or ties. Hearing and visual aids must be removed or must be designed in such a way that they cannot come off the face when jumping. Wearing headgear of any kind is prohibited. Jewelry and piercings must be removed and pockets must be emptied in advance. If you have long hair, tie it in a braid. Using the ninja area and the trampoline area with short-sleeved shirts and shorts increases the risk of injury and is not recommended, as this can cause painful abrasion and abrasions to the skin when hanging on the ropes and hitting the trampoline surface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Foreign objects
All trousers and jacket pockets must be emptied before jumping. Jewelry, watches, cell phones, studded belts, and glasses must also be removed. Objects such as balls or other play and sports equipment that you have brought with you are prohibited! In addition to damaging the items brought with you, there is also a risk of serious injuries. Jumping with objects such as keys, cell phones, cameras, etc. is not permitted. This can also result in serious injuries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No food or drinks
Food and drinks as well as chewing gum and sweets are generally prohibited in the jumping area and the ninja course. Bringing food with you is generally not permitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Foam pool (foampit)\/inclined trampoline)
Backflips in foam pools are prohibited. Landing in the foam pools must be done over a large area. Submerging head or feet first can result in serious injury, paralysis or death. Digging holes or rummaging through the cube pools is not permitted for safety and hygiene reasons. The jump and landing zone must be left immediately to avoid injury-prone collisions with other jumpers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Airbag
Landing in the airbag must always occur over a large area. Therefore, jumping into the airbag requires good body control and jumping practice. Somersaults may only be performed by experienced jumpers. Diving head or feet first, or at an acute angle, can result in serious injury, paralysis or death.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Battle Beam (Gladiatorenbalken)
Hits on the neck or head are prohibited. The aim is to throw the other person off balance and thus fall with clever hits below the shoulders. Jumping from the gladiator beam into the cube pool\/airbag is prohibited, and pushing off when falling is also prohibited, as this increases the risk of injury.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wand Trampolin (Jump-Wall)
The Jump Wall trampoline is an attraction with particularly dynamic jumping properties and may only be used by experienced jumpers. Jumping from the jump wall onto the trampoline is not permitted due to the high risk of accidents. Somersaults are generally forbidden. Otherwise, serious injuries, paralysis or death could result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wip-Out (Twister)
The Twister may only be put into operation by trained personnel. Manual operation by guests, e.g. by pushing the twister beams, is not permitted. Even when operated correctly, serious injuries can occur. Running from trampoline to trampoline within the Twister is not permitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jump-Tower
Jumping from the jump tower is only permitted alone, not in pairs or groups. Landings should be as wide as possible. Landing on the airbags (landing zone of the jump tower) head or feet first is extremely dangerous. This can result in serious injuries such as concussions, loss of consciousness, facial injuries caused by the recoil of the knees upon impact, or injuries to joints, the spine, and broken bones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
