TICKETS AND BOOKING
Do I have to book tickets in advance or can I drop by spontaneously?
Online booking offers the advantage that the jump time is reserved.
Since for safety reasons only a certain number of jumpers are allowed to use the trampoline area at the same time, we are often fully booked - especially on the weekends during the most popular jumping times. If we're fully booked, we're fully booked - even if it's just one person who still wants to jump.
We want everyone to have fun and for everyone to be able to take full advantage of our offering.
How can I book jump times/tickets?
Tickets can be booked online or directly from us on site. The prerequisite for this is that appropriate capacities are available. Book online and pay on site.
Reservations are only possible in writing by email for groups of 20 people or more.
How long can I book?
Basically you can jump for as long as you want and have booked!
Trampolining is a very strenuous sport and is often underestimated. We generally recommend that “newbies” only jump for 60 minutes and no more than two hours at a time.
Of course, this is just our recommendation; of course you can still book jump time with us on site.
When does jump time start?
The jump time always starts on the hour or half hour, for example at 2 p.m. or 2:30 p.m. and ends at 3 p.m. or 3:30 p.m. for 60 minute jump tickets. From then on the next jump time begins.
We recommend arriving half an hour before the booked jump time so that there is enough time for check-in.
What if I'm late?
If you arrive late you will lose jump time and will not receive any reimbursement for the lost time. If our capacity allows it, we will be happy to postpone the ticket to the next suitable jump time.
Can I cancel purchased tickets?
The player can withdraw from the booking at any time in writing by email before the start of the game. The withdrawal must be declared to the operator. If the player withdraws before the start of the game or does not appear for the game, the operator can demand appropriate compensation, the calculation of which usually takes into account saved expenses and normally possible alternative use. The compensation will be calculated from the time of receipt of the player's declaration of withdrawal as follows:
Less than 3 days before the start of the game: 50%
Are 2-hour tickets shareable?
No, it is not possible for one person to buy a 2-hour ticket and share the jump time with another person.
Can I buy a family ticket just for children?
Yes, this possibility exists. The family ticket is intended for at least 3 people in a household who are at least 7 years old. The children must be siblings who live in the same household.
As a spectator/non-jumping companion, do I also have to pay admission?
No, as a spectator you do not have to pay an entrance fee. However, you are not allowed to enter the trampoline area!
Are the toddler area and ninja course included?
Yes, these areas are included in the price of a jump ticket, but only during the active jump time! Not before or after. The toddler area is reserved for our youngest guests up to the age of 6.
CHILDREN AND SMALL CHILDREN
Are there age restrictions when jumping?
In principle not. alone To be allowed on the trampoline area, the minimum age is 7 years. Special regulations apply to small children. (See below). There is no age limit as long as physical and mental fitness permits.
Are children under 7 years allowed to jump?
The basic rule here is: it is one Adults allowed with a valid jump ticket, it is advisable to take a small child onto the trampoline area, who must be supervised at all times while jumping.
During our regular afternoon jumping times, adults are permitted to take children ages 3 and older jumping. This age limit is for the safety of children and other guests. We only allow exceptions to this rule on an individual basis at times with a low number of visitors.
What about small children under 3 years old?

Can you only go to the toddler area?
The toddler area can be visited without a jump ticket for a fee of 2.50 euros / child.
DECLARATION OF LIABILITY / WAIVER
Does everyone need a signed liability declaration/waiver?
Yes! For each jumper, a valid declaration of liability (waiver) must be stored in our system. The recording and signing takes place exclusively digitally using our form on the homepage (see link Disclaimer).
Guests under the age of 18 without exception require a correctly completed and signed consent form from their legal guardian or an authorized adult. We only accept the declarations of consent provided on the homepage, not letters we have written ourselves.
The use of our areas is a sporting activity. This means there is always the risk of getting injured. The liability declaration/waiver contains safety and user rules that help to avoid risks of injury and accidents. The signature confirms that the instructions have been read, understood and will be followed by the ticket holder.
Do I have to re-sign the disclaimer/waiver every time?
No. The liability declaration/waiver is valid for 24 months. We use the name of the legal guardian to find valid disclaimers in the system.
Do I have to print out the liability declaration/waiver and the ticket?
Yes for all birthdays and group bookings. A disclaimer with all participants is sufficient!
